Registration for IC2S2 2017 is closed. If you haven’t registered but wish to attend the conference you may register on site. We kindly ask you to contact us in advance if you intend to register on site: ic2s2 (at) gesis (dot) org

Tutorial Day only: The IC²S² tutorials will be held on Monday, July 10, just prior to the main conference. The tutorial day fee includes participation in any combination of tutorials and lunch on July 10. Please be sure to indicate your interest in participating during the registration process. You may not be able to sign up for concurrent events, so please consult the schedule carefully before making your selections. Sign-up for single tutorials may be closed during the registration period if the maximum capacity is reached.

Main Conference only: The IC²S² main conference fee includes admission to all sessions from Tuesday, July 11 to Thursday, July 13, including keynote talks, poster sessions and lunch on every day of the main conference. The admittance to the IC²S² opening reception on the evening of Tuesday, July 11 is also included in the main conference fee. Please be sure to indicate your interest in participating during the registration process.

Tutorial Day + Main Conference: The fee includes admission to all events during the IC²S² 2017.

Proof of Student Status

Students with proof of status (certificate of university enrollment, confirmation of PhD student status by the faculty/department) can register online. If you qualify for student rates, please submit your proof of student status by email attachment to ic2s2(at) gesis(dot)org.

Research Staff as Academic Status

It refers to employees in the industry or self-employed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be in writing and sent to the organizers at ic2s2(at) gesis(dot)org.

Cancellation will be accepted up to 3 weeks before start of the event, and the total amount will be refunded less a cancellation charge of

€50 up to 9 weeks before start of the event, until May 7, 2017
€75 up to 6 weeks before start of the event, until May 28, 2017
€100 up to 3 weeks before start of the event, until June 18, 2017

We regret that no refund can be made for any cancellation request received after June 19, 2017.
